Data Deletion
Your data belongs to you, and deleting it is simple. There are three ways, depending on how much you want to remove. Each one works exactly as described in our Privacy Policy.
OPTION 1Disconnect a Google account
In your Ranktiva dashboard, open the client's connections and click disconnect on the Google account. The Google user data associated with that connection is deleted from Ranktiva.
You can also remove Ranktiva's access from Google's side at any time: go to your Google account security settings and remove Ranktiva from the list of connected apps. Both methods take effect immediately.
OPTION 2Close your account
Closing your Ranktiva account deletes your identifiable data: your account details, your connected-service data, and the Google user data from every connection. Billing records we must keep by law (for example, tax records) are retained only as long as the law requires.
OPTION 3Request deletion by email
Email from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. One email is enough. We will confirm by email when the deletion is complete.
